What we ask of partner shops

  • Valid auto-glass business license in Kansas or Missouri (we verify on application).
  • Active general liability + garage-keepers insurance. Upload your COI during signup.
  • 15-minute response on accepted leads. First-come, first-served — claim or decline within the window.
  • Workmanship warranty. Minimum 1-year workmanship + lifetime leak warranty.
  • ADAS calibration capability in-house or via reliable subletting. We won't route ADAS-equipped leads to shops that can't calibrate.
  • 4+ star average across 10+ reviews on Google or Yelp (or willingness to build to that within 6 months).

Pricing

Per-booked-job billing. Standard tier: $25 per form lead booked, $60 per call lead booked. Negotiable based on volume + exclusivity preferences. No fee for leads you decline or that don't book. Invoiced monthly, Net-30 payment.

Why partner with us

We're a neutral aggregator — drivers come to us looking for quotes from local shops, not from a specific chain. The leads you receive are pre-qualified: VIN-decoded, damage-described, ZIP-validated, insurance-flagged. Most of the customer-experience tax (chasing tire-kickers, fielding "just-curious" calls, dealing with location-mismatched leads) is filtered before they reach you.

We are not Safelite. We are not Belron-affiliated. We are not steering leads to ourselves. The whole business model breaks if we don't send you bookable leads.

How are leads delivered?

Two channels: instant email notification to your business inbox the moment a lead lands in your service area, and a dashboard at /shops/dashboard where you can accept, decline, mark won, or mark lost. Webhooks to your CRM (Hubspot, Builder Prime, Stellar Insurance) are available on request for higher-volume operators.

What's the 15-minute window?

When a lead matches your service area, you have 15 minutes to accept or decline. If you don't act, the lead routes to the next eligible shop in your market. This keeps response time tight for customers and prevents leads from going cold. You can pause your account anytime to stop new leads.

Can I be exclusive in my city?

Yes — exclusivity arrangements are negotiable per market once you hit consistent volume (typically 20+ booked jobs per month in a single city). Standard partnerships are non-exclusive: multiple vetted shops can serve overlapping ZIPs.

What if a lead doesn't book?

You pay nothing. Billing only fires on a lead you mark "won" in the dashboard. Declined leads and "lost" outcomes are free. We're betting on lead quality — if leads stop converting for you, billing stops automatically.

What ADAS calibration capability do I need?

For full coverage, in-house static and dynamic calibration. If you only offer one or rely on a sublet partner, that's fine — flag it during onboarding and we'll route accordingly. Shops without any ADAS capability will only receive pre-2018 vehicles and chip-repair leads.
